Lu Yong attended cross-strait young entrepreneurs forum on innovation and development
The Cross-Strait Young Entrepreneurs Forum on Innovation and Development was held in Xi’an, the capital city of Shaanxi Province, on April 25, 2019.
Lu Yong, vice chairman of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce (ACFIC), attended the meeting and made a speech. Xu Jieli, leader of the Third Wednesday Club - Young Entrepreneur Group (TWC-YEG), and Li Meng, executive vice director of the ACFIC Young Entrepreneur Committee, also addressed on the meeting.
Lu said that focusing on innovation meant looking at the future development. Innovation and development, as the theme of the forum, matched with the tide of today’s social economic development.
He said the theme showed the spirit of pro-activity and assertiveness in the young entrepreneurs from across the Taiwan Strait.
He believed the forum would bring a wealth of information to help young entrepreneurs on both sides of the straits achieve win-win results through exchanges and cooperation.
He said, we were in this new era of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, in which young entrepreneurs across the straits should carry forward and advance with the spirit of entrepreneurship in a new era, mark their fighting foot steps of a regretless youth, shoulder historical responsibility, and make greater contribution to cross-strait exchanges and cooperation, world peace and development, and making a better future.
Huang Peijun, board chairman of Sinowing Exhibition, Lin Yanheng, special assistant for the board chairman of Yuanchuang Industrial Investment Consultancy, Wang Lei, president of Anhui Young Entrepreneur Association and board chairman of Anhui Taohuayuan Industrial, and Zhang Junying, president of Shaanxi new generation entrepreneurs association and Xi’an human resources service industrial park Beilin Park, made key note speeches on industrial transformation, cooperation in innovation-driven fields and cultural inheritance and continuity.
Six young entrepreneurs including Lin Jiayou, vice-president of the TWC - TEG and general manager of the fiber division of the Taiwan Glass Group, had a live interaction and dialogue on improving awareness of innovation and win-win cooperation achieved by young entrepreneurs across the Taiwan Strait.
The forum, under the guidance of the ACFIC, was hosted by the Shaanxi federation of industry and commerce, the ACFIC Young Entrepreneur Committee and the TWC - YEG, and organized by the Shaanxi new generation entrepreneurs association and Beijing Young Entrepreneur Association.
Shen Tao, secretary of party leadership of the Shaanxi federation of industry and commerce, and officials from the Taiwan affairs offices of the State Council and Shaanxi Province and around 120 young entrepreneurs attended the meeting.
