ACFIC has promised to advise the government on how to create a better legal and administrative environment for the private enterprises by improving its own administrative ability.
"Governance according to law is not only a requirement for the construction of a socialist country with the rule of law, but also a guarantee for the growth of the enterprises in the market economy," ACFIC Vice Chairman Xie Jingrong told a number of seminars during his tour of Jiangxi and Jiangsu provinces between April 4 and 11.
In Wuxi, Nanjing and Nanchang cities, local private entrepreneurs, representatives of chambers of commerce and government agencies briefed Xie on the relationship between governance by law and the growth of private enterprises as well as existing problems related to the issue.
Xie said that the government"s administrative ability by law is one of most important factors in the improvement of the legal environment for the private business and that it directly affects the growth of the private sector.
He said that ACFIC"s legal service will play a more active and effective role in building a fair legal and administrative environment for the private enterprises and that research-based proposals will be made by the Department of Legal Affairs to the government soon.
